Poonji is a full-stack budgeting app for iOS and Android that tracks accounts and transactions and logs expenses by typing, scanning a receipt, or speaking. It started as a public React Native, Expo, and Supabase course project and was substantially reworked: rebranded end to end across naming, bundle identifiers, and visual identity, audited for repo hygiene and credential security, and extended with Gemini-powered receipt scanning and voice entry that weren't part of the original build. It authenticates through Clerk's native Supabase integration and ships a credential-free portfolio preview mode, so protected screens stay safely inert with no fake production account committed.
