Hirebase is a multi-tenant recruiting CRM for small agencies and in-house talent teams, covering the full hiring pipeline - companies, jobs, candidates, applications, and interviews - on a drag-and-drop kanban board. Its AI copilot isn't a bolted-on chatbot: it reads workspace data and takes real actions (moving a candidate, sourcing matches, drafting an offer) through the same server actions and permission checks the UI itself uses, so there's one consistent path for humans and the agent. Every document is scoped to a Clerk organization, the AI agent's data access is rebuilt fresh per request rather than cached, so one tenant's filter can never leak into another's request on a warm server, and plan limits are enforced with a post-write reconciliation step that closes a race condition a simple pre-check would miss.
